TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commission me means you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and understand the
you are receiving Digital Goods (Non-Physical) and Services.

GENERAL

  • All artworks are for PERSONAL use only.

  • Therefore, Mass reproduction ( Prints, Stickers, T-shirt etc.) of commissioned piece for profit is not allowed.

  • Editing and/or removing my signature is not strictly prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to refuse commission offers.

  • I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any reason.

  • I may post the artwork to any of my social media unless buyer wishes the art to be private.

  • You may request revisions up to 5 times during the sketch phase.

  • you may also request 2 minor revisions on finished artwork (color alteration and/or adjustments).

PAYMENT

  • All payments are in EUR.

  • Commissions are paid through PAYPAL only.

  • I will request full payment on your paypal email once the sketch has been presented and approved.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

  • Buyers are not allowed to cancel or request refund once I have made progress with the commissions.

  • Refunds are not allowed once commissioned art is complete under any given situation.

PROCESS

  • You may send the form through any of my social media

  • You will be notified if you are officially in the slot list

  • Turnaround Time is estimated 1-2 weeks starting from the approval of the sketch.

  • TAT is subject to change and will be notified.

  • You will provide your paypal email in the form.

  • All Files are in .jpg format and will be sent from EMAIL
